What happens to what you send

Your email address and your message are stored so we can answer you and as a record of what you asked; you can ask for them to be deleted at any time. They are not used for marketing, are not shared with anyone else, and are never used to build a profile. See the Privacy Policy.

To ask for your account and data to be deleted, use Delete your account instead — it is the same form, routed as a deletion request.
